Taramosalata is one of those dishes.   It is roe fish blended into a creamy pink dip of pureed potatoes with parsley, lemon juice, and finely chopped onion (optional).   In meze, this is one of the first dishes that it is served.   In taverns, they always bring it along with salad, tzatziki, and tahini.   We will talk about the last two later.   Well, let’s see our recipe…   Ingredients 2 kg tarama (fish roe). 1 large potato or two small ones 450gr of Greek bread 1 tsp of shredded and dried onion 1 cup olive oil The juice of one lemon (medium size) Tarama is the hardest ingredient to find, so it is a good idea to look at groceries that import Mediterranean food. 17. Once again, I am impressed by your work! It seems to me that your love for cooking, baking/decorating stems from a very young age which you have developed into a worthy pastime or career. Keep up the good work. I'm sure that doing this relieves unnecessary stress when you undertake a task of creating your food/pastry from beginning to end, simply because you enjoy doing this.

  20. This was very creative and the colors are very nice together. You have a nice touch with the subtle colorings of the fondant. I make cakes too and have been doing it for some time. Isn't it fulfilling to see the results of your hard work? Even though I'm in BMCC, I still enjoy making special creations and it makes me feel so good to see how the cakes develop from start to finish, from baking, shaping, frosting and covering. It is sort of like how we ourselves develop from babies to children to adults. How wonderful it is to watch your children grow and change and become grown people! ~Michelle M.
