Taramosalata (Fish roe salad - meze)

Cake with Apple, Banana and Carrot

Ingredients
2 apples
1 banana
1 carrot
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2 medium eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1 sachet vanilla sugar
¼ ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground cloves

Preparation Method
1) Preheat the oven at 170ºC.
2) In a food processor, process the apples, the banana and the carrot.
3) In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients along with the fruit and the carrot puree.
4) Bake for 50 minutes.
