Duck Breast

Hello everyone.   It has been a while since my last post.   I will not give you a recipe for this post,  since it was a complimentary dish from a dearest person. All I can say is that it was delicious!

Tasty Bites with Homemade Anari/Ricotta Cheese (Gluten Free)

In my previous post, I described how you can make cheese.  Well, in this one you can find a delicious, light snack, very easy to make and gluten-free!!

Although there is a list of ingredients in the recipe, the two main ingredients you need to have at home are Ricotta or Anari Cheese and eggs.  All the rests are herbs and spices.  You can omit the spices and herbs you don't like or add a few more...  Either way I am sure you will love every single bite of them!

  8. Yummy cuties... :) And what a beautiful picture with leaves. I used to make my own farmers cheese that is very similar to Anari, and your posts inspired me to start doing it again.
